Remember Kate Spade? Oh, my heart. I truly miss her. I recently bought one of her timeless coffee table books and I can't seem put it down. It checks all the boxes for me...it makes me want to travel, it makes me want new shoes, it makes me want to live a slightly more exotic, yet always chic life, just like Kate would.
I just took a new interior design project this past week and I have to tell you, I feel inspired! The truth is, I have taken a bit of a break from interiors to focus on KellyGreen. But as we fundraise and get across the finish line on our first collection of chic + discrete cannabis products, I will also be redesigning a sprawling California home for some friends of mine.
All of the prep-work has put me back on the interior design world, but at the same time, it makes me look deeply at how the cannabis industry has changed over the last 5 years I have been involved. Every day there is a new CBD product or new packaging that makes me go "Ohhhh! Yes!" I believe that making cannabis more beautiful helps get women comfortable with using this plant in ways they never thought possible. From face serum to sunscreen, cannabis is changing how we get ready in the morning and what and how we find each other at night.
